The National Museum of Ethiopia is famous for its palaeontological room which houses the skeleton of Lucy, our ancestor, who lived 5.5 million years ago. The food here is delicious and spicy, accompanied by wine produced in the Great Rift Valley. Try the injera, a kind of large gluten-free pancake with spices and meat. You will bring back with you Arabica coffee, wine from the Rift Valley.
